About AFVE 2027

The 2027 International Academic Conference on Aerospace and Flight Vehicle Engineering (AFVE 2027) will be held in Beijing from July 23 to 25, 2027. Focusing on the core scientific issues and key technologies in the fields of aerospace and flight vehicle engineering, the conference aims to provide a high-level platform for exchange among researchers, engineers, and young scholars around the world. It will center on topics such as overall aircraft design and aerodynamic configuration, aircraft power and propulsion systems, vehicle structures and lightweight design, avionics systems and flight control, unmanned aerial vehicles and intelligent flight technologies, spacecraft systems and space technologies, as well as advanced materials and advanced manufacturing processes, to thoroughly explore key technological breakthroughs and future development trends.

At present, a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating. Aerospace technology has become an important foundation supporting transportation, space exploration, and strategic emerging industries. Meanwhile, the integrated application of artificial intelligence, digital simulation, and new energy technologies is reshaping the R&D paradigm of aircraft and the aerospace industry ecosystem. Their deep integration is expected not only to promote the innovative development of green aviation, low-altitude economy, commercial spaceflight, and intelligent aerospace equipment, but also to inject strong momentum into building China into a transportation powerhouse, a space power, and a manufacturing powerhouse. AFVE 2027 looks forward to bringing together innovative ideas, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, and jointly exploring new opportunities for the coordinated development of aerospace technology and intelligent flight.

Publication

All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus  for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
